Bridal Custom Order Process

Your five-step process:

  1. Tell Us About Your Wedding:
    Contact us with your wedding date, dress style, wedding colors, and the type of jewelry you're looking for.
  2. Discuss Your Design:
    We'll work together on colors, finishes, crystals, beads, chain, and the overall design.
  3. Review Your Options:
    For custom orders that require consultation and matching, a bridal design kit may be available. The kit can include beads, chains, clasps, and other design elements so you can see and compare options before your final design is created.
  4. Return the Design Kit:
    The samples remain the property of Mona’s Custom Creations. The customer is responsible for return shipping. The refundable deposit is returned when the complete kit is returned on time and in its original condition. The deposit may be retained if samples are lost, damaged, altered, or returned late.
  5. Approve Your Final Design:
    Once you've chosen your design, the materials are ordered and your custom jewelry is created.

Bridal Order Timeline

Because each piece is individually designed and handcrafted, bridal orders require advance planning. For most bridal party orders, please allow a minimum of 8 weeks from design approval to completion.



Additional time may be needed for larger orders, specialty materials, custom designs, or sourcing specific colors. Ordering early allows time for color coordination, material selection, design approval, creation, and final quality checks to ensure your jewelry is finished beautifully for your special day.

Bridal Order Deposit

A 50% deposit is required to begin your custom bridal order. Because each piece is individually designed and handcrafted, the deposit is non-refundable once materials have been purchased or production has begun. This deposit reserves your project time and covers the preparation and materials needed to create your custom jewelry.


The remaining balance is due before your completed jewelry is delivered or shipped.

Notes & Disclaimers

  • Design Approval

Before your jewelry is created, we will finalize all design details, including your preferred colors, materials, and style. Production will begin once the design has been approved and the required deposit has been received.


  • Color & Design Note

Each piece is handcrafted, and bead colors may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, monitor settings, and material availability. As a result, the finished piece may have subtle variations from the images shown online. We will work closely with you to select colors and materials that best reflect your wedding vision.


  • Handcrafted With Care

Each piece is individually handcrafted, making every design truly unique. Slight variations are a natural characteristic of handmade jewelry and enhance the individuality and charm of your one-of-a-kind piece.

  • Rush Orders
